RE: Master Drainage Study for White County
White County will hold a public meeting at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Wolcott Park Building, located in the Wolcott Community Park at the north end of the Town of Wolcott, Indiana, 47995. HWC is working with White County officials to develop a master drainage study that can be used as a tool to identify areas of concern, recommendations for infrastructure improvements, and provide a well though-out plan for development within this area of White County. The meeting is an opportunity for the County and HWC Engineering to hear from the public and gather information regarding the existing conditions of drainage infrastructure, historic areas of concern, and identify ongoing problems that are the result from inadequate drainage infrastructure. Specifically, HWC and the County are looking at the watershed areas draining from the west of Wolcott and drain to Stoller Ditch.
